Last year we went to Disneyland with Brian's family and this year we went with mine. Not everyone could go, but for those that did, we all had a great time. Our little family arrive a day before everyone else since we were driving. When we arrived we got situated in our hotel, got some food, and hit the sacks. In the morning we walked around Downtown Disney to kill time since the rest of the family wasn't flying in until noon. When we were all finally together we headed off to the beach. It was definitely a little chilly to put on swim suits, but Brian and Kenner and Uncle Jeremy and Cousin Connor had a blast running away from the waves while we watched (staying dry and somewhat warm). Needless to say, they were soaking wet when it was time to go. Kameron on the other hand was VERY tired and didn't like the sand on his feet and did not like the touch of the cold water.
Every morning the boys would find that the "Disney Fairy" left them a new present in their cool
Disney bags. The first morning Kenner found Buzz and Woody and Kameron found Mickey Mouse.
Thank You Disney Fairy aka Aunt Kristin.
The whole clan that went on this very memorable trip.
Due to no naps during the day and lots of walking, well, stroller riding, the boys did very well. They had fun
on the rides, they enjoyed the parades, they most definitely enjoyed seeing the characters, and they had loads of fun seeing their cousins.
We all had a great time. The weather was almost perfect. A couple of rainy days, but we made it work. Not knowing when we'll see family again, we try to make every moment count and that's what we did. We don't think we'll be going to Disneyland again for a while, but we're so glad we were able to get it in twice within the past two years especially while it was with our families.
