Christmas Day 2008

This Christmas was different from all the others. It has been a while since we've actually made it to Denver for Christmas so we did this year. We left on Christmas day. It was an extremely busy morning opening up presents, finishing the packing, getting dressed, and out the door. As busy as it was it was still a wonderful Christmas. Last night, Kenner asked if he could call Santa on the phone to see if he would be kind enough to share his cookie with Kenner. So, we called Santa on the phone and Daddy asked Santa if it was okay to share his cookie with Kenner. Of course Santa said yes. Christmas morning we first headed to the kitchen where the plate was and sure enough Santa left Kenner a couple of bites as well as a note and two Santa hats for Kenner and Kameron. The boys put their hats on, we took pictures, and then we ripped into the presents. Well, Kenner and Kameron did. The boys got some fun toys from Santa and some sweet clothes. Now that the fun is done, it was time to finish getting ready to get to the airport. We stopped by "Red" Grandma and Grandpa's house to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and to have brunch and then it was off to Denver.

Kameron's first time on the plane went very well. HE SLEPT!!!! Kenner was very good too. We arrived at "Blue" Grandma and Grandpa's house ready for dinner and to open the gifts. It was so fun to see everyone, especially on Christmas Day.

Merry Christmas
